The lawyer for the gaming and sports betting industry joins Nicolas sulsky – The newly appointed Commercial Director of PointsBet Canada – as the company aims to build what it describes as “a unique Canadian operation fit and true to the market”.
A native of Canada and a long-time resident of Toronto, Cipriano has joined the firm since Mazooma where she was Senior Director of Legal Affairs and Compliance. She helped the fintech company provide real-time bank account-level information and bank-verified payment processing for licensed online gaming and sportsbook operators in regulated US markets.
